Anderson, guardian ad litem for Roy Vernon Cox, Horace Pool and Blanche Pool, of Bartow county, Ga.: Walter C. White having as executor applied for probate in solemn form of the last will of T. Warren White, of said county, and having made known to the court that you are heirs at law of said T. Warren White, you are hereby cited to be and appear at the September term, 1896, of the Court of Ordinary for said county, as the will of the said T.
