State of Georgia} Sect 1st I desire that al my past debts be paid. Sect 2nd I will and bequeath to my wife Mary Dawson my entire estate during her widowhood or life, and in the event of either her marriage or death I desire my estate to be divided as hereinafter set forth. Sect 3rd In the event of the marriage or death of my wife Mary Dawson, I desire my daughter Lucy to have two of my lots of land, Numbers two hundred twenty four and two hundred twenty five, with one third of all my other property, said property to be controlled and managed by her during her life, and at her death to go to her bodily heirs, in the event of her death without issue, then it is to go back to my two daughters, Eliza Jane and Sarah, equally, and in the same way that I bequeath each separately in this instrument. Sect 4th In the event of the marriage or death of my wife Mary Dawson, I desire my daughter Eliza Jane to have two of my lots of land, Numbers two hundred eighty and two hundred twenty six (226), with one third of all my other property, said property to be controlled and managed by her during her life, and at her death to go to her bodily heirs, in the event of her death without issue, then it is to go back to my two daughters, Lucy and Sarah, equally, and in the same way that I bequeath each separately in this instrument. Sect 5th In the event of the marriage or death of my wife Mary Dawson, I desire my daughter Sarah to have two of my lots of land, Numbers two hundred eighty one and two hundred fifty one with one third of all my other property, said property to be controlled and managed by her during her life, and at her death to go to her bodily heirs, in the event of her death without issue, then it is to go back to my two daughters, Lucy and Eliza Jane, equally, and in the same way that I bequeath each separately in this instrument, all of these lands lying and being in the Seventeenth District of Bartow County Georgia. Georgia } Before me came, on the 30th November 1875 at chambers for J. A. Howard Ordinary I.N. Vanmeter I do Solemnly Sweat that this working contains the true last Will of the within named John Dawson deceased so far as I know or believe, and that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the Laws of this State so help me God. Sworn and subscribed before me.
