“Tattler Talks.”

Mr. George A. Veach, of Adairsville, and Miss Mattie Dobbins, of Cass Station, were married this morning at nine o’clock at the home of the bride. The marriage was very quiet and no formal invitations were issued. These young people are very happily mated and life gives promise of many good things for them. For a lifetime I have known Mr. Veach. We were school-mates and play-mates in the good old days at Adairsville. He has in his composition that sort of material of which men are made, and gives promise of great success as a business man. His young wife is a universal favorite wherever known. She is a young, noble girl, and will make a worthy wife for her devoted husband. They will make a visit to the North and West, after which they will return and locate in Adairsville. I doff my hat in respectful reverence and wish them “joy unconfined.”
