Love Finds A Way.

This Young Couple Marry Despite the Bride’s Age.

Was A Romantic Wedding.

Miss McAfee, of Griffin, Evaded her Guardian’s Watchful Eye and Married Mr. Turner.

In the hasty marriage of Miss Annie May McAfee, a popular and charming young lady of Griffin to Mr. W. W. Turner, a well known young business man of Atlanta, which occurred yesterday morning, there is a story of love and determination which thwarted the vigilant objections of the friends of the young lady. [A long article. The guardians of Miss McAfee were Mr. and Mrs. Huff, distant relations. Miss McAfee was 16 years old. “Mr. Turner formerly lived in Cartersville, is a son of Mr. J. L. Turner, and has many friends in the city who wish him and his bride a full measure of happiness and prosperity.”
