Married at Pine Log on the evening of the 28th ult., at the residence of the bride’s father, Dr. H. W. Fite, Dr. W. B. Treadwell, of Homer, Texas, and Miss Nannie J. Fite. The ceremony by Rev. G. S. Thompson, of Tenn., was brief, elegant and impressive. The whole occasion was one of brilliance, custom and refinement. The attendants were Mr. R. F. Bradford and Miss Florence Fite, Prof. J. M. Boyd and Miss Sue Shaw. The bride is a young lady of rare beauty and intelligence, and we congratulate the young doctor in securing one of Georgia’s brightest jewels to preside over his home in the “Lone Star State.”
