Married In Atlanta.

Frank G. Stover Surprises His Cartersville Friends.

On Wednesday afternoon of last week Mr. J. A. Stover received a telegram from his son, Mr. Frank G. Stover in Atlanta that he had just been married to Miss Laura McCollum.

Mr. Stover left on the evening train for Atlanta, where he was given a cordial welcome by the newly married pair.

Mr. Stover had been engaged to Miss McCollum for some time, and intended to be married in January, but having accepted a position in Savannah he did not want to leave without her, so they made the necessary arrangements and Rev. Theron Rice performed the ceremony which made them man and wife.

Mr. Frank G. Stover is the fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Stover, and for the past few years has made his home in Atlanta, where he has held important positions and stood well in mercantile circles.

Miss Laura McCollum is a daughter of Major and Mr. J. L. McCollum, of Marietta, and was a reigning belle in that city.

Mr. and Mrs. Stover left Thursday evening last for Savannah, where they will reside.
