Last Thursday evening, at the residence of Mr. A. Goode, Mr. Stegall led Miss Sallie Goode to the altar, and having joined hearts and plighted faith they now joined hands and were pronounced husband and wife by Rev. Mr. Padgett. There were quite a number of friends present who enjoyed the occasion hugely. May their joys be many; their sorrows few. Tom Edgar relished the nice cake sent and returns thanks.
