That Festive Little God, Cupid, Gets in His Work.

On Sunday afternoon, Dec. 21st, at the residence of the bride’s mother, Mr. Forest Scott, of Adairsville, and Miss Willie Smith, of Pine Log, were married, Rev. Mr. Carr officiating. There were a number of relatives and friends present. At 5 o’clock p. m., a most elegant dining was enjoyed. Many beautiful and useful presents were received by the newly married couple. The bride is a beautiful young lady and is admired by all for her many splendid traits of character. The groom is well known in the upper part of the county as a young man of fine business capacity and moral character. They are now living at Adairsville where Mr. Scott’s prosperous lumber business is located.
