Oak Dale.

On last Monday evening at the home of the bride’s father, Mr. W. B. Lowe, Miss Sallie Lowe and Mr. Guy Pratt were married, the ceremony being performed by Rev. Yearby, in the presence of relatives and a few intimate friends.  Mr. Pratt’s many friends are heartily congratulating him upon having won a bride whose beauty of character and gentle and unselfish disposition endear her to all who know her.

Mr. Pratt is a young man whom Bartow county is proud to claim as one of her sons.

The ceremony was followed by a delightful reception, at the home of the groom’s father, Mr. J. E. Pratt, near Cassville.  Immediately after the reception, Mr. and Mrs. Pratt left for Cartersville where they boarded the ten o’clock train for California, where they will make their future home.  It is with many regrets we see them leave.  We wish for them a long, happy and prosperous life.
