Sunday Marriages.

Rev. James S. Hillhouse officiated last Sunday at two marriages. One of these was the joining in the holy bonds of matrimony Mr. Frank L. Pierce and Miss Alice Chitwood, the ceremony being performed in the parlor of the Emerson hotel. The former is a sturdy and worthy young man. Miss Chitwood is the postmistress at Emerson and is an attractive young lady.

Mr. Robert L. Lyon and Miss Lillie Harwell were united in marriage the same day, at the residence of the bride’s father, Mr. Jeff Harwell, in this city. They have the good wishes of a large number of friends.
