Mr. W. P. Phillips Will Wed Miss Lowe, of Marshalville.

Cards have been sent out announcing the marriage of Mr. W. P. Phillips, of the city, to Miss Mary Elizabeth Lowe, which will occur at the home of the brides’ mother, Mrs. G. A. Brown, at Marshalville, Ga., on Wednesday October 26th. The many friends of the prospective groom are already extending their congratulations. He is a genial and worthy gentleman, while the bride to be is an amiable and pleasant young lady who has several times visited the city.
