Marriage.

On last Wednesday evening, at the residence of  Mr. A. W. Fite, his sister, Miss Mary, was united in marriage to Mr. Will Montgomery, Rev. W. A. Cooper officiating.  No cards, only the immediate families of the contracting parties being present.

After the ceremony the happy couple repaired to the residence of Col. J. G. M. Montgomery, the father of the groom, where a splendid supper was awaiting them.

The bride is a beautiful and accomplished young lady, possessing many noble traits of both head and heart, and in every way qualified to lend joy and happiness to the fortunate groom.

Will Montgomery, as he is so familiarly known, is a genial, whole souled young man, counting his friends by the score.  He is interested with his father in the dry goods business, and is full of energy and sterling business qualities.

The happy pair have the heartiest good wishes of numerous friends.
