Last Sunday, at the hour of high twelve, in the city of Emerson, at his residence, L. Y. Davis, Esq., performed the marriage rite, the high contracting parties being John H. McCoy and Miss Jane Lyle. May their’s be a smooth journey down the stream of life and their barque find safe anchorage in the haven of bliss.
