Married, at the residence of the Bride’s mother near Cartersville, at 6 o’clock on Sunday evening, the 14th August, 1870, by Rev. Samuel H. Smith, Mr. Moses Hazlewood to Miss Martha Chapman, all of Bartow county.

The twain having been made one flesh, and the sun rapidly declining behind the western horizon, with hat in hand, we respectfully bowed them one and all, a happy good evening, and again bent our steps homeward, which point we reached in time to hear the jingle of the supper bell.
