Married. At nine o’clock this morning Dr. Thos. L. Arnold, of Ford, this county, and Miss Fannie Howard, of this city, were married, Rev. W. A. Dodge, of Atlanta, performing the ceremony. The marriage occurred at the residence of Mr. Ben Mountcastle, on Market Street, in the presence of a few relatives. Miss Howard has many friends wherever she is known and especially in Cartersville, all of whom know her to be a young lady of many admirable qualities, both of mind and heart, and Dr. Arnold is to be congratulated upon winning her as his lifetime companion. Dr. Arnold is one of the most prominent physicians of his section and a citizen whose presence is appreciated, socially as well as professionally. That a long, happy and prosperous life may be theirs is the wish of many friends.—W. C. W. |
