“Over The County.”

Kingston.

The reunion of J. M. Davidson’s family July 23d, was a very happy occasion.  All the children present except Mr. C. G. Davidson, of Anniston, Ala.  Those present were: Mrs. Hattie Goldwire and daughter Marvion, Mr. J. L Davidson, wife and two children, John L. and Marvie Davidson, of Heart Pine, Ga.; Mrs. Daisy Barrett and infant daughter, Lucile, late of LaGrange, Ga.; Mr. Zeb V. Davidson, Inez Parrott, daughter of E. L. Parrott, of Calhoun, and Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Davidson.  Such reunions should be held at least every year.  The Hargis family gather at the old homestead every year and the different members of the family meet and keep up with each other and the family tie is still stronger and the love for each other increases and all look forward with great pleasure to the day when they meet.
