Man Drowned.

On Saturday last, in the lower part of this county, LEWIS WORTHINGTON was drowned in the Etowah river, at Milam’s ferry.  He had been at the 17th court ground, and was probably under the influence of liquor, as a flask was found in his pocket when he was taken from the river.  He was seen to ride into the river and drown, before assistance could be rendered.
