Mrs. A. J. Womelsdorf, of Pottsville, Pa., died at the home of her son, Mr. Harry Womelsdorf, in this city at 10:30 o’clock last Saturday night after a long illness.  Mrs. Womelsdorf has been in poor health for a long time and last January came down to Cartersville to be with her sons and with the hope that her health might be improved.  About a week before she died she had a change for the worse and gradually grew weaker until the end came.

The funeral services were conducted from the residence of Mr. Harry Womelsdorf Tuesday evening at 3 o’clock by Rev. W. A. Cleveland and interment took place at Oak Hill cemetery.
