Judge Henry Watts

Judge Henry Watts was found dead at his home, Rome Rte. 4, Tuesday morning.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Levater Watts; one daughter, Mrs. Grace Watkins; a brother, the Rev. S.W. Watts, all of Rome; 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and other relatives.

The family will be at the home of a granddaughter, Mrs. Maedelia Lewis, 1405 Flannery Ave., and the body will remain at Wilder’s Funeral Home to await the funeral hour. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3:30 p.m. in Gore Spring Methodist Church. The Rev. W.A. Williams will officiate with burial in Gore Spring Cemetery.
