Miss Lizzie Washington, an old and highly esteemed lady, died at 6 a. m., 18th instant, at the residence of her sister, Mrs. Stubbs.  She was about 74 years of age.  Her remains will be placed in a vault tomorrow by her own request in Kingston cemetery.
