On Saturday, Dec. 22nd, Mr. W. B. Wallace, one of our old and highly respected citizens died, after an illness of but a few days, from pneumonia.  He was buried the following day, and the large number who followed his remains to the grave attested the esteem in which he was held.  He was a hard worker, a fine mechanic, and devoted to his family, who have the sympathy of our entire community in their sad loss.  A fitting tribute to his memory will doubtless soon appear.
