Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order of the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold before the court house door in Cartersville, said county, on the first Tuesday in May, 1878, between the legal sale hours, the tract of land in said county, known as the farm belonging to Thomas L. Wallace, deceased, lying on Pumpkinvine creek, and containing about 1000 acres, more or less; 400 acres cleared and in cultivation, 65 acres in meadow—the balance of the land well timbered.  Said place well improved, neat cottage house, and good outbuildings.  Said tract composed of lots Nos. 1005, 1010, 1149, 1154, 1151, 1152, 1012, 1013, 1011, 1006, 1009, 1080, 1079, 1078, 1077, 1076, 1001, 1082, 1081, 1084, and 1085 in the 21st district and 2nd section, said county.  If any of the numbers composing said farm is omitted, the same is included, and will be sold as the same is sold altogether as a farm.  Also, 60 acres of land in said district and section, lying in and adjoining the town of Allatoona, Nos. not known, on the W. & A. R. R. in said county; well improved, a nice two story dwelling house and out houses, and store house facing right of way on the W. & A. R. R.  Sold as the property of Thomas L. Wallace, deceased, for the benefit of the creditors and heirs of said deceased.  Terms of sale one-half cash, the balance on a credit of 12 months, with note, at seven per cent, interest from day of sale.  Bond for titles given purchasers. This 2nd day of April, 1878.
