Executor’s Sale.
To Be Sold 1st Tuesday in April Next.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in April next. Before the court house door in Cassville, within the legal hours of sale:

Lots of land Nos. 1161, 1162, 1091, 1142 and 1079, all in the 21st district and 2nd section.  Also, the following negroes: Peter, a man about 45 years old—Dama, his wife, about 45 years old; Moze, a man about 28 years old; John and Tom, twin-boys, about 6 years old; Mary, a girl about 4 years old; Akin, a boy about 3 years old, and Isaac, a boy about one year old.

All sold as the property of William Tumlin, senior, deceased, late of said county.  The land will be divided to suit purchasers.  Terms made known on the day of sale.
