Leave to Sell Lands.

William Bibb and A. J. L. Bates, administrators of the estate of J. M. Thornton, apply for leave to sell the lands of the deceased.

Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in November next, before the Court House door in said county, between the legal sale hours.  Lot of land No. 120, in the 6th Dist. and 3rd section of said county, containing 160 acres, more or less, being the residence of J. M. Thornton, late of said county, deceased.  Sold as the property of said J. M. Thornton, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.  Term of sale, one third cash, one third credit of one year, one third credit of two years.  Note and security, 7 per cent, interest from date.  Bond for titles given.  This Oct. 6th, 1873.
