Letters of Administration.
Georgia, Bartow County.

To all whom it may concern: Thos. J. Hendricks having in proper form applied to me for permanent letters of administration on the estate of Nancy Stovall, late of said county, this is to cite all and singular the creditors and next of kin of Nancy Stovall to be and appear at my office within the time allowed by law, and show cause, if any they can, why permanent administration should not be granted to Thos. J. Hendricks on Nancy Stovall’s estate.  Witness my hand and official signature.

Administrators Sale.
Georgia, Bartow County.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of said county, will be sold at the court house door of said county on the first Tuesday in November next, within the legal hours of sale, the following property to wit: North half of lot of land No. 239, and the southeast half of lot of land No. 238, except two acres where the graveyard now is, said two acres to be laid out and marked by the administrator, and to include the graves now on said land.  All of said land situated in the 6th district and 3d section of said county, and containing 158 acres, more or less, sold as the property of Nancy Stovall, deceased.   Terms Cash.
