A Good Lady Gone.

The remains of Mrs. Margaret A. Stokeley were brought from Dalton to this city for interment last Sunday evening. She died after a prolonged sickness in which she was bedridden for three years.

She was 67 years of age and a member of the Methodist church in which faith she lived loyal to every trust and as a patient dutiful servant of Christ.

She was the wife of Mr. Thos. Stokeley, a prominent merchant of Cartersville, who died some eight years ago. She was a sister of the late Capt. A. C. Williams and Mrs. Kingsbury, the latter surviving her.

Her remains were interred beside that of her husband in Oak Hill cemetery Monday evening immediately after their arrival, Revs. A. M. Quillian, of Dalton and John T. Norris, of this city, officiating in the funeral service.
