Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold before the court house door in Cartersville, said county, between the legal sale hours, the tract of land in said county, known as the homestead of John R. Stephenson, deceased, containing 210 acres, more or less, composed of lot of land No. 272, and fifty acres of lot No. 273, in the 5th district, and 3rd section of said county.  About 60 acres cleared and in cultivation, the balance well timbered—ordinary improvements.  Sold as the property of John R. Stephenson, deceased, to pay the debts of said deceased, and for the purpose of distribution.  Terms of sale cash.

The same will be sold subject to two leases made by John R. Stephenson in his lifetime. This September 23rd, 1879.
