Death of Mrs. Stegall.

Mrs. Emily P. Stegall, lately of this county, but later of Cherokee, died at her home near Canton last Friday, and her remains were brought to Cartersville and buried at Oak Hill cemetery, the funeral services being held at the Methodist church, of which she was a member, and conducted by Rev. A. J. Jarrell.

Mrs. Stegall was twice married, her first husband being Capt. Edward Puckett, who died several years ago, and later was married to Mr. W. C. Stegall, who survives her.

Mrs. Stegall recently exchanged her property in this county for property in Cherokee, and moved there last fall. She leaves two children by her first husband, Edward and Pauline Puckett, who have the sympathy of a large circle of relatives and friends in their sad bereavement.
