Administratrix’s Sale.

Will be sold before the court house door in Cartersville, Bartow county, Ga., on the first Tuesday in January, 1876, within the legal sale hours, in accordance with an order from the Court of Ordinary of said county, the following land, to-wit: 110 acres more or less, being the east portion of lot No. 247, in the 14th district and second section of Cherokee county, sold as the property of W. D. Smith, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.  Terms of sale cash.   This December 6, 1875.
