Petition To Execute Title.

Dempsy F. Bishop purchased 430 acres of land from Samuel Smith, of Cass County.  Samuel Smith is now deceased, and did not transfer title to Dempsy Bishop before his death.    Dempsy Bishop asks that Russell H. Cannon, administrator of Samuel Smith execute title to him.
