Executor’s Sale. – In pursuance with the last will and testament of William W. Shaw, late of Bartow county, deceased, will be sold before the Court House door in Cartersville, Bartow county, Ga., within the legal sale hours on the first Tuesday in August 1872, undivided half interest of lots Nos. 113 and 128 in the 24th District and 3d section of Floyd county, containing each 160 acres more or less.  Most said lands well timbered.  Sold as the property of said Wm. W. Shaw, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs of said deceased.  Terms of sale cash.
