Kingston.

Mr. John L. Shaw died near Kingston on the 22nd Sept., and was interred in the cemetery at Kingston on the 24th. He was afflicted with carbuncle for about ten days and died from blood poison. His sufferings were intense. He was a good citizen and will be greatly missed in our community. He leaves a wife and seven children and many friends and relatives to mourn his loss. We tender our heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved in their great sorrow.
