Linwood.

Our community was very much shocked on hearing of the death of Mrs. Lula Schwartz.  She died very suddenly on last Wednesday morning about one o’clock, after an illness of about five minutes, of heart failure.  She was a most excellent Christian lady, and possessed many noble traits of character, and will be sadly missed in her home and community.  She leaves only one child, Mrs. A. B. Armington, to mourn her loss besides a host of friends.  We greatly sympathize with Miss Addie in the loss of her mother, as she had only a few days before buried her baby boy, which was a great shock to her.  We sincerely hope that she will take courage and feel it is all for the best, and be ready when she is called to meet them in the bright beyond where there will be no more good byes and all will be happiness and peace forever.
