Cherokee County News.

Yesterday a man by the name of Satterfield was found hanging in his house to the joist, supposed to have hung himself.  Satterfield was keeping Mr. Freeman Lay’s mill.  The deceased and his wife had had a family difficulty a short time ago, and the wife had left home. [dated March 27, 1872]
