Death of Mr. Samples.

Mr. James Samples died at his home, about two miles from Cartersville, on Tuesday night, after a lingering illness of about twelve months with consumption.

Mr. Samples was fifty-eight years old, and came to this county about twenty years ago from Tennessee. He married Miss Myra Rowan, sister of Mr. J. K. Rowan, who survives him. Mr. Samples was an industrious farmer, a good citizen, and his death is a loss to the county.
