Leave To Sell Land.

Mrs. Louisa J. Rowland, administratrix of the estate of J. Thomas Rowland, applies to sell a portion of the lands belonging to the estate.

Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the 1st Tuesday in October next, before the Court House door in said county, between the legal hours of sale, the following property to wit:  Part of lot of land No. 591 in the 4th district and 3d section of said county, containing twenty-seven acres, more or less, being all that portion of said lot except that part sold to A. Leake by J. Thomas Rowland, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of the said deceased.  Terms of sale -- cash.
