Executor’s Sale.

By Virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold before the Court House door in Cartersville, said county, on the first Tuesday in January, 1880, within the legal hours of sale, the following property, to-wit:  The ferry, ferry-boat, rope and fixtures, and the ferry landings, on the Etowah river, known as the Rowland’s ferry, in said county.  Sold as the property of Eliza F. Rowland, deceased, and in accordance with the terms of the will of Francis M. Rowland, deceased, for the purposes of distribution.  Terms of sale cash.  This November 15th, 1879.
Wm. L. Rowland, Executor of Francis M. Rowland, and trustee for Eliza F. Rowland, deceased.
