Petition for Relief.
A. M. Foute as administrator of the estate of Mrs. Adaline F. Rhodes deceased
Vs.
James S. Rhodes, Miss Nannie Rhodes, Mrs. L. F. Gaines, T. S. Layton, John T. Layton, William M. Rhodes, R. Virgil Rhodes, Mrs. Anna Henderson, Mrs. Jane Davis, Samuel Rhodes and Arthur L. Rhodes.

Complaint No. 20, January Term 1899; of the Superior Court of Bartow county, Georgia.  Petition to settle and wind up the estate of Mrs. Adaline F. Rhodes, deceased; to determine and settle the distributive share payable to each defendant; and all matters of dispute between the defendants in regard to the distribution of said estate and to compel them to interplead with each other, and for general relief.

Notice.
Georgia, Bartow County.
To the defendant, Samuel Rhodes, a non-resident of the state of Georgia.

You are hereby notified and commanded, to be and appear at the next term of the superior court of said county, to be held in and for said county on the second Monday in January, 1901, then and there to answer the complaint of the plaintiff in the above stated case.  Done by order of said court, granted in said case the ninth day of July A. D., 1900.
Witness the Hon. A. W. Fite, judge of said court, this the 18th day of October A. D. 1900.  W. W. Roberts, Clerk
