Citation Twelve Months Support.
Georgia – Bartow County.

To whom it may concern: The appraisers appointed to set apart to Mrs. Emily P. Puckett and her minor children, the twelve months support allowed by law, out of the estate of Edmund D. Puckett, deceased, have made their report and the same is now on file in my office, and notice is hereby given to all persons concerned that if no good cause is shown to the contrary the same will be allowed and made the judgment of the court on the first Monday in September, 1888.  This 16th July, 1888.

Executrix’s Sale.

Georgia, Bartow County – By virtue of the power and authority vested in me by the last will and testament of E. D. Puckett, late of said county, deceased, I will sell before the court house door in Cartersville, said county, within the legal sale hours, (unless sooner disposed of by private sale, as I am authorized to do by said will) the following described land, to-wit:

Lot numbers 186 and 187 in the 6th district and 3rd section of said county, containing 40 acres more or less; also, lot number 1211, in the 21st district and 2nd section of said county, containing 40 acres more or less; also, the west half of lot No. 551, in the 4th district and 3rd section of said county, containing twenty acres more or less; also, lot of land number 83, located in the 3rd district and 3rd section of Paulding county, containing 40 acres more or less.  All of said lands sold as the property of the estate of said deceased for the purpose of paying debts of said deceased. Terms of sale –cash.

I will also at the same time and place, rent to the highest bidder (unless sooner rented by private contract) for the year 1889, the following described lands, to-wit:

Lot number 550 and parts of lots numbers 549 and 603, it being that portion of the plantation of said E. D. Puckett, lying north of the W. & A. railroad, in the 4th district and 3rd section of Bartow county, containing 90 acres more or less.

Parties wishing to rent said land by private contract prior to 1st Tuesday in January next, apply to undersigned at 651 Marietta street, Atlanta, GA.  This 28th November, 1888.
