Executor’s Sale.

By virtue of, and in accordance with the last will and testament of William Pittard, late of Bartow county, deceased, will be sold on the first Tuesday in November, 1871, at the Court House door in Cartersville, in said county, between the legal sale hours, the tract of land, in said county, whereon William Pittard resided at the time of his death, containing 300 acres, more or less, composed of lots No’s. 204 and 205, in the 5th district and 3d section of Bartow county; about 225 acres cleared, in high state of cultivation; 75 acres well timbered; watered with springs, with a fine supply of water in all the fields; well improved, with a comfortable dwelling and all necessary outhouses; adjoining lands of the Rev. A. W. Buford and others.  Sold, in terms of the will of the deceased, for the purpose of distribution.  If not sold at private sale before the 1st of November, 1871, will be sold at public outcry.  Terms of sale at either private or public sale: one-half cash; the balance on a credit of twelve months, interest from date.  Bond for titles given, possession given to sow wheat as soon as the crop is gathered, and full possession by the 1st of January, 1872.
