Georgia –Bartow County. To all whom it may concern: Ellis Patterson, Administrator, with the will annexed, of Peter Murray, deceased, has in due form applied to the undersigned for leave to sell a part of the real estate belonging to the estate of said deceased, and said application will be heard on the first Monday in November, 1886. This 28th September, 1886. J. A. Howard, Ordinary ******************** November 17, 1886 Administrator’s Sale. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, Ga., will be sold before the Court House door in Cartersville, said county, on the first Tuesday in December next, at public outcry, within the legal sale hours, the following property to wit: The one undivided half interest in one blacksmith shop and lot. Situated on Douthitt Street, in the city of Cartersville, also all of one small house and lot adjoining the above lot of Wm. Milner. Sold as the property of Peter Murray, deceased, for the purpose of paying the debts of said deceased. Terms of sale cash. This November 1, 1886. Ellis Patterson, . |
