Georgia – Bartow County. L. A Murphy, administrator of the estate of W. S. Murphy, deceased, has in due form applied for leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate of said W. S. Murphy, and said application will be heard on the first Monday in July next. This 21st day of May, 1886. J. A. Howard, Ordinary. ******************************** The Cartersville American Administrator’s Sale. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in September, 1886, at the Court House door in said county, between the legal sale hours, the tract of land on which W. S. Murphy resided at the time of his death, containing eighty-six acres more or less, being the east part of lot of land number 42, in the 6th district and 3rd section of Bartow county, Ga., fifty acres cleared and in cultivation, balance in woods. Improvements, 1 dwelling 5 room frame, and 1 tenant house, good stables and outbuildings, 2 good wells on place. Terms, one-half Cash, balance on 12 months’ time, with interest.
