Leave To Sell Land. Thomas Stephens, administrator of the estate of T. L. Murphy, deceased, applied for leave to sell all the land belonging to the estate. ******************** March 4, 1875 Administrator’s Sale. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the First Tuesday in April, 1875, before the Court House door in Cartersville, between the legal sale hours, the following property, to-wit: Twenty-one acres, more or less, of lot No. 73, in the 6th district and 3d section of said county, in the northeast corner of said lot. About half of the 21 acres is cleared, the balance well timbered. Sold as the property of T. L. Murphy, deceased, for the benefit of the creditors of said deceased. Terms of sale cash.
