Georgia –Bartow County. Whereas, L. P. Gaines has applied for permanent letters of administration on the estate of Moses Motes, colored, late of said county, deceased, therefore all persons concerned are hereby cited and required to appear at my office within the time prescribed by law, and show cause, if any they can, why said letters should not be granted, else letters will be granted applicant on the first Monday in January, 1887.
