Petition to Execute Title.

Daniel Mosteller, late of Cass county, deceased, sold a parcel of land to Tinsley Ballinger—the land being in Greenville Dist., S. C. and bounded by lands of Lewis Dickey, N. Rector and R. R. Pace and others.  Daniel Mosteller died before title was executed to Tinsley Ballinger, who now requests that Jacob and Benjamin Mosteller, administrators of Daniel Mosteller’s estate, execute title to said tract of land.

Petition To Execute Title.

Daniel Mosteller, now deceased, sold lot of land # 224, in the 15th district, 3d section of Cass county to G. W. Green, and “transferred said bond for titles to G. W. Green on the twenty-eighth day of April, eighteen hundred and fifty-five…”  Daniel Mosteller died before the title was executed and G. W. Green petitions the Court to have Berryman Mosteller and Jacob Mosteller, executors of Daniel Mosteller, execute titles to said land.
