J. M. Davidson has been attending superior court in Atlanta last week, and on Monday of this week, as a witness, and on arriving at home on Monday evening, received a letter from Col. E. B. Norvell, of Murphy, N. C., announcing the death of his sister, Mrs. Celia E. Moss; in her 80 th year, who died in Murphy, on the 29 th of May.
