Death of Geo. Morgan.

This is the second death in our town that has called for report immediately after the news had gone out that he was decidedly better and would soon be well. Mr. Morgan was taken sick some five weeks ago and had been sick some time when Dr. Greene was called, under whose treatment he seemed to be getting on finely. So much so that he could walk around and attend the meals without help. Indiscreet indulgence at the latter brought on a relapse of the fever and although he at times said he felt like he was going to get well, on Thursday last he grew decidedly worse and soon succumbed. Geo. Morgan was a good citizen whose services as a mechanic were valuable anywhere. He was born in Forsyth county and moved to Cartersville about two years ago. He leaves a large family which were entirely dependant upon his labor.
