Citation.

Georgia, Bartow County. – Notice is hereby given to all persons concerned, that on or about the first days of April, 1869, Elizabeth B. Moore, late of Bartow County, departed this life intestate, and no person has applied for administration on the estate of said deceased; and that, in terms of the law, administration will be vested in the Clerk of the Superior Court, or some other fit and proper person, thirty days after the publication of this citation, unless some valid objection is made to his appointment.  Witness my hand and official signature, This February 22d, 1870.
