Administratrix’ Sale.

Agreeably to the last will and testament of Samuel Mitchell, deceased, late of Pike county, will be sold before the court house door in the town of Cassville, on the 1st Tuesday in March next, within the legal hours of sale—

Lots of land Nos. 1283, 1284, and 1236, in the 21st district of Cass county, known as the Tan Yard place, near Acworth.  Sold as a portion of the Real Estate of Samuel Mitchell, deceased.  Terms made known on the day of sale.
