Robert C. Saxon has been this day appointed agent by the heirs at law of Isabella S. Milner, deceased, formerly Isabella S. Saxon, to receive all moneys due said deceased, as well as to pay all demands against her, and is fully empowered to sign all receipts for and in the name of the legatees.
